Jeremy Hay - Owner
Jeremy grew up in a large household, the middle of 5 children. While he never played traditional team sports, he always loved movement. Throughout his childhood he was involved in taekwondo, breakdancing, and even wrestled for a couple years. While in college, he became intensely interested in calisthenics after reading “Bodyweight Exercises for Extraordinary Strength” by Brad Johnson, a Christmas gift from his father (2006). Jeremy went on to graduate with a Bachelor’s in Physical Education.
For the next 14 years, Jeremy learned from books and experience on how to master handstands, and gain serious strength through accomplishing full one-arm pull-ups. But after injuring his elbows several times in the process, he became passionate about learning how to strengthen “weak-links”, and build pain-free ability throughout the body. In 2021, during a stay-at-home date with Covid, Jeremy found Ben Patrick (kneesovertoesguy), and immediately resonated with his passion of building pain-free ability in the whole body.
Not long after going through Ben’s programs, Jeremy realized he discovered something really valuable, and continued to learn the principles that Ben taught in what is now known as the “ATG System”, ultimately becoming an ATG coach while pursuing his M.S. in Strength Training in January of 2022. Since then, Jeremy has helped numerous people regain the ability to enjoy pain-free exercise. From pain-free exercise of the ankles after shin splints, a re-structured achilles tendon; and the improved function of the knees of several basketball players, Jeremy’s knowledge has already started improving the lives of his clients.
Jeremy lives in Bristol, PA where he works with his clients in his home gym setup for in-person work, but can also work with people further away via online coaching. Reach out to get started on building pain-free ability in your whole body.
