An $85.00 flat rate will be charged for single sessions.
This includes:
Initial consultation in which we will discuss training history, injuries, specific goals/needs, and a plan of action for our first session.
During our first session, we will determine areas of need, learn proper form, and discuss progressions/regressions for each movement.
A $40.00 flat rate will be charged for a written plan.
This includes:
Custom plan to help you reach your goals based on your assessment within the session/s.
These plans will be sent via Google Docs with instructional videos where necessary.
